ในฐานะ ประธานบิมสเทค ประเทศไทยมุ่งมั่นที่จะร่วมมือกับรัฐสมาชิกอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อมุ่งให้ภูมิภาคอ่าวเบงกอลมีความมั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน ฟื้นคืน และเปิดกว้างสู่โอกาส (Prosperous, Resilient and, Open BIMSTEC) หรือ “PRO BIMSTEC” และมุ่งใช้โมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG Economy เป็นแนวคิดหลักเพื่อขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือในแต่ละสาขาของรัฐสมาชิก

This journal offers a comprehensive examination of BIMSTEC, exploring its progressive development across various collaborative dimensions among its seven member states. It achieves this by delving into the organization’s history, current endeavors, roles, missions, and economic and technical collaborations.
Under the leadership of Thailand, BIMSTEC member states are collaboratively pursuing regional prosperity, sustainability, revitalization, and expanded opportunities through the concept of PRO BIMSTEC (Prosperous, Resilient, and Open BIMSTEC). Thailand is also leveraging the ‘BCG Economy’ model as a core value to propel collaboration across various dimensions among BIMSTEC members.
